ABOUT US

We are LOCO Bistro, an intimate space on a small street in Cusco where flavors are experienced without rules. We cook freely, inspired by memories, travels, and real moments: many of our dishes were born at home, repeated over and over again because we love to eat them. Furthermore, we want to share that feeling of authentic enjoyment, with good food, good music, and a warm atmosphere.

OUR PLATES

Our cuisine is cosmopolitan, free, and very personal. We work with flavors we love: some dishes were born at home, repeated over and over again until they were perfect; others come from memories of our travels. We don't limit ourselves to a single gastronomic culture, and also include some Peruvian dishes reinterpreted in a creative and modern way.

We always seek contrasts, technique, and that unexpected twist that makes the experience memorable. Furthermore, we accompany everything with a careful selection of wines, drinks, and cocktails that complement each dish.

WE ATTEND

We provide friendly, natural service. We want you to feel at home: relaxed, welcome, and enjoying yourself without formalities.

Music is also part of the service—we have a turntable and vinyl records—and you can choose what you want to listen to while you eat.

We are located on a quiet little street in Cusco. We have small tables on the sidewalk where you can enjoy the sun, the fresh air, breakfast, a beer, or a glass of wine while watching the city go by. A central and accessible location.
